Who these terms are with
increday is a service run by the company below (“we”). By creating an account or using increday you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Our privacy policy explains how we use your personal data.
Kanso Coders Ltd
Invite-only, and early access
increday is invite-only. You can make an account only from an invitation sent to your email address, and the invitation works once, for that address. increday is in early access: it is provided as it is, features may change or be withdrawn, and it may have faults or be unavailable at times. Please keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose; you can read your whole workspace through the API.
Your account
- You sign in with a code sent to your email address, so keep that mailbox secure and never share a code. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including through API tokens, agents and webhooks you create.
- Give us true information, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.
- An account is for one person. Do not share access to it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or use increday to store or send anything unlawful, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, probe or test the security of increday without our written permission, or interfere with how it works;
- overload it, or use automated means that put an unreasonable load on it, beyond the API and agent access we provide;
- try to get around the limits we set, including the AI spend cap and rate limits; or
- use increday to harm, harass or deceive other people.
Your content
What you put into increday stays yours. You give us permission to store, copy and process it only as needed to run increday for you, including sending it to the AI providers and other services described in the privacy policy, in line with the settings you choose. You are responsible for what you put in and for having the right to use it.
AI features
- increday uses AI to sort captures, rewrite text, suggest subtasks and write briefs. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check it before you rely on it; suggestions are yours to accept, change or reject.
- AI requests are handled by third-party providers. Private spaces are not sent unless you turn that on in Settings → AI.
- Each workspace has a monthly AI spend cap, $5 by default. When this month’s spend reaches the cap, AI features pause until next month and captures stay as you typed them. Only people we have named as administrators can set a higher cap or remove it. We may change the default cap.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, and because increday is provided as it is during early access: we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability to you for anything connected with increday is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Ending your use
- You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings → Profile. That deletes your workspace and what is in it, as the privacy policy describes.
- We can suspend or close an account, or revoke an invitation, if you break these terms, if we need to protect increday or other people, or if we stop offering increday. Where reasonable we will tell you first.
Changes
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant we will give you reasonable notice. Using increday after a change takes effect means you accept it.
The law that applies
These terms, and any dispute about them or about increday, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
